Dear Natural Health Fam, I’ve been pondering on Magnesium a lot lately. I use it a lot in clinical practice, we blood test for it, and we’re concerned by the reports that people are not getting enough. I’ve been seeing a lot of different types of Magnesium being used and observing their effects. So, I thought I’d apply this strategy (testing-learning-observing) to writing this message. Let’s use our educated intelligence to study the various forms of Magnesium and what’s known about them....
